Our apologies that this customer received a subscription she did not wish to receiveHer subscription was cancelled upon her request received by our customer service department on Sept12thNo refund is due to the customer as this was 1-year subscription she qualified based on the amount she spent with All Modern - she qualified for the 1-year subscription, but did not pay for it
Please be advised that because we work several weeks in advance, we select subscribers weeks before an issue mailsOur current November issue is the last issue she'll receive from us
