May of 2020 I ordered 2 products from this company for $104.85 by 06/08/2020 was my first contact then 06/12-06/19-/07/05-07/23-08/10/2020 . I ordered a ring and a poundzoheart necklace , spoke to them on all the above dates they kept saying due to the pandemic things would be delayed. We are now at September 2023? Delayed indefinitely?

Ordered a Halloween mask based what I saw on the advertisement video. Then came the “bait & switch”. What I received was garbage…not worth $5. I paid $50! The shipping was a debacle as well. Company (I use that term loosely) said the product was shipped when it had not at all been shipped. Thank goodness I used PayPal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD!

I ordered a touchless thermometer online with the delivery date stipulated at 14 days or less. The next morning I received an email saying they do not have it in stock and the delivery date was lengthened considerably. I immediately emailed requesting a refund. A few days later I received an email saying that it was already "processed" so they could not refund it. Their policy does state that once processed they would not refund it. At no point, however, did I receive a tracking number or anything else to indicate it was actually processed. Please note that this is smack in the middle of the Covid crisis, so I understand if it was out of stock or otherwise delayed. It is the advertising and promise of delivery combined with the refusal to refund given that situation that triggered this review. Avoid this company.

This company is a scam. I ordered with P, it didn't come, I contacted them over and over. Only response is we will contact you. I contacted P. They did not respond to P, but sent me the product with out all the parts. I used my batteries, but product did not work. I contacted P again and was told wait for around 10 days, and I would get a refund. I took it to the post office where I found it cost more to send it back than the product cost. Fooled again. Please beware, the site may look great, but you do not want to order from them!!!!

Total upsell and price gouging during this crises. I am in contact with them and my bank!

I placed two orders. One on 12/1 and 12/2. According to their website they should have arrived before Christmas. I still have not received them. I have been getting the run around when I email them. They give me a tracking number and when I click on the link it doesn't show any status updates. When I ask for tracking on the second order they don't respond.
