Dust Movers

I originally hired Dust Movers LLC on November 1, 2019 for a deep cleaning appointment on March 4, 2020. I originally heard about them through their ad on a local FaceBook page, checked out their site, and decided to message and hire them. I paid the whole payment in total by February 23, 2020. The day before, March 3, I called and left a voicemail and emailed to confirm and get communication. I received nothing back. March 4 comes around and no one shows up to complete the cleaning. I called 4 times during the day, and left a message again as well as emailed. No response. My husband called after work and I tried also calling twice after work with no response. Again I shot an email. I went on the FaceBook Messenger thread to which we had our original conversation. They deleted their FaceBook page so I was unable to message them on there. On March 5, my husband and I tried calling again and with no response. I also again tried emailing with no response. Every time we try to call (even though on their site it says hours are 7 am - 7 pm) it simply tells us to keep waiting as they try to connect us, however even after 20 minutes no one answers the phone.
