Review: In October of 2015 I registered my dog for obedience classes with Duskland Dogs only to find out shortly after I would be started a new job that prohibited my taking her to these Thursday evening classes. I immediately contacted [redacted], owner of Duskland dogs, who informed me this would be no problem and that I could either receive a refund (less $25 for the [redacted] fee) or be put on a wait list until she opened a Sunday class. 2 months passed and I emailed her on 12/1/2015 to check the status of the Sunday class and/or to proceed with the refund. I heard nothing back. Yesterday, 1/10/16, I sent another email regarding the same things. She informed me that the "fiscal year had ended" and she could no longer refund my money, and that I had missed the Sunday class she offered in late fall,which I was never informed of. I cannot see how, when never informed of a refund deadline, or sent a response to my inquiry in December, that a refund would be out of the question. This is terrible business and all seems like a racquet to me. I just want my money back so I can get my dog the training she needs elsewhere.Desired Settlement: At this point I am not interested in any classes with this business and am simply requesting the refund I was promised.
