Dupont Travel

I contacted Dupont Travel in November 2018 to assist in finding and booking round trip flights to Jamaica for my sister's wedding in March 2019. On 11/18/18 I was charged $380 for one round trip from DC and $900 for two round trips tickets from Denver. On 11/29/18 I noticed an unauthorized charge for $450 and another unauthorized charge for $830 on 12/4/18. I contacted the company via phone and e-mail and was told they would look into it. After months of attempts to reach Isabel, owner of Dupont, I never received my refund for the duplicate charges, an apology, or an explanation.

Furthermore, in December I found out from *** that the seats were never paid for and our tickets were released. After repeated e-mails and calls to Dupont, they paid and officially reserved our 3 outbound tickets. However, *** confirmed they never paid for our return flights. I again made multiple calls and e-mails to Dupont regarding this in which they ignored my e-mails and blocked my phone calls. They told my mother that the the phone number which we were calling was incorrect even though I had reached someone on that number previously. They also told her the address on their website is inaccurate so we could not go to their office to discuss with a representative in person. In the end, they never booked our return flights and we had to purchase new tickets. Dupont has yet to return any calls or e-mails and has not refunded the duplicate charges or the unbooked flights.
