Our Daycare experienced a problem with one of the two HVAC systems covering the facility. I contacted Donnie @Dunn's Thursday morning and they arrived on the scene Thursday afternoon. Their Tech Jason was very professional, skillful and courteous and not to mention patient as he waited for me to arrive at church from my home. Within 30 minutes he had identified and corrected the problem. I commend he and the company for their very prompt reply times which we have not always experienced and getting service back to our teachers and students. Well done
