My experience with this funeral home was not terrible but it wasn't very professional My dad's viewing should have began at 11:AM, and we, the family was picked up late by the limo Their bathroom was nasty Not sure if it was urine or water all over the floor but either way, it was a hazard to the guest There were no paper towels or napkins to dry your hands We had to request a box of tissues for the family to use; and the entire room shared one boxAfter it was over, they rushed everyone out of the side door and handed my brother the flowers saying, which vehicle do you want these in We ended up leaving behind a beautiful spreadWhen the company (that sent the spread) called about it, they received no response, no call back It was just THE most uncomfortable funeral I've ever been too The family had to sit a foot away from the casket it was so tiny in there If you use them, don't use their facilities
