June 20,2017To Whom It May Concern:I am writing In response to a complaint filed by *** ** *** regarding our company, Dunmore Appliance Inc*** *** was in Dunmore Appliance on May 19,looking for a washer and dryer.One of our salesmen, Joe showed her what we hadShe stated that the cost
was too high and that it was not what she was looking forOur salesman then told *** *** that we will be receiving a scratch and dent truck in a few weeks and if she was interested she could look at thoseShe said that would be fine and left our storeHer salesman called and told her the truck arrived, she came down and purchased a washer and dryer from the scratch and dent appliancesAfter she chose her washer and dryer we tagged them with her name, model and serial number which is a customary policy on all scratch and dent appliances.Upon delivery she stated that these were not the items she pickedShe called the store and spoke to her salesmanHe told her that we would pick up the appliances because she was not happy and give her a complete refund, she hung up on himI then received a call from her and she went on to explain the situation to meAs I was trying to answer her she kept getting louderI asked her to stop getting so loud and she stated that" I don't know how loud she can get, ask the two attorneys sitting next to her what loud is"I proceeded to tell her the same information that our salesman did.We would be more than happy to pick up both appliances and give her a complete refund and she said noIt is our policy at Dunmore Appliance to go above and beyond to help every customerIf a customer is dissatisfied we will make every effort to rectify the situationTherefore we will pick up the appliances and give her a complete refundWe are a family owed business for over years and take great pride in thatIf you have any more questions please feel free to call me at ###-###-####Thank you.Sincerely,Andrea T

Complaint: ***To Whom It May Concern:
I am rejecting this response because: I take great issue with Ms T*** going on records with a misrepresentation of my words, during our telephone contact, which can be improperly and erroneously construed as a threat and, quite frankly, her wrongfully putting the same in writing and in this forum is slander She improperly and recklessly put quotation marks around improper terms, which misrepresents the nature of my telephone contact with her At no such time did I ever tell her "she doesn't know how loud I can get and to ask the two lawyers sitting next to me." In fact, what was said was "I am not yelling as there are two lawyers in offices next to mine whom would have come to my office by now if I were yelling." Furthermore, it was she who informed me "you are not my biggest concern or problem" and continued to raise her voice, when I politely told her I was not yelling and, hence, she should not be yelling at me MsT***'s response to this entire situation is precisely the type of customer service associated with Dunmore Appliance and why I went as far as to file this Complaint I do not wish to have any more dealings with her or that business and my word of mouth with regards to my interaction will represent the same
