The complaint about the Dunkin Express is due to a monitor which we have no control of which we placed a sign apologizing that we don't participate in the $coffee The University dictates all pricing and promotions which we follow and ask yearly if any changes with some new promotions The monitor in said unit is a corporate feed and isn't able to be changed as we have a picture of a bagel and no bagels are offered in the Dunkin Express.Thanks [redacted] ***
