Dunkin Donuts

I was at this location almost 3 weeks ago. I ordered through the Dunkin app. I placed my order and I then realized I ordered a additional iced coffee. So I called this location 5x upon arrival. I then get to this Dunkin location. I asked to speak to the manager if she could cancel my extra drink order. Her name was Naomi. She was so rude and nasty I walked out crying. She yelled at me. I can't do nothing for you. You ordered online no refund. Don't you see I'm busy. These are her exact words. I didn't realize until I was back at the resort that my whole order was wrong. I paid extra for certain donuts and received glazed donuts instead. Also both Iced coffee where wrong. I called Dunkin mobile app number which is 1 (800) 447-0013. I also emailed this and it's been 3 weeks. I was told that this is a franchise and the owner will contact me. They never did. The*** reviews on this location will show you how nasty this manager is. I want my full refund back.
