I recently purchased 4 products from Dundas Print and upon opening the package, the items were created incorrectly. We had communicated both via the Contact form on the website, as well as email and over the phone. Once I noticed the incorrect placement and design on the product, I called the business and was met with hostility and anger over what was made to seem like my mistake. I was not offered any assistance in resolving the matter and was told to accept my own mistake. After a half-hour call where I was unable to express my opinion, I went back through my emails to discover that I did in fact accurately communicate the specificity of the order and was instructed to complete the order through the website, rather than through email.
I submitted my order using their online ordering system, attached the requested design files and called immediately after ordering to discuss the products in further detail. I did my part to ensure that the products would be as advertised and was disappointed to see the final result.
Unfortunately, I did not and have been told I will not receive a refund for their mistake and instead offered a form of a discount if I wanted to reorder correctly. After my first experience ordering with them, I am not confident the second order will be correct and cannot afford to lose more money. I have followed-up through email and have yet to hear a response and will likely not receive any further communication from them.

Refund After communicating with the business, I am not confident that a correction to the product would be done without further issues or additional payments. I am hesitant to post a *** review, as the owner of the business comes across quite *** against any customer who has posted an honest comment. I would like to be refunded for the incorrect products that I paid for and would hope that I do not have to further communicate with the business owner.

The business owner reached out to me via email on January 10th. He has confirmed contact with Revdex.com and rather than offering a refund, he is attempting to correct the mistake. As the intended purchase was for a Christmas gift, I do not need the product anymore.

Unfortunately we are not able to provide a refund because our products are custom made and once its printed, there is no way to reuse this product. We were willing to help but she refused to answer our message. All our sales are final. She agreed with the design provided and she has uploaded 1 single image for 4 mugs. That is what was printed. There is nothing else we can do.
