Business offers a two year warranty on cameras but then when they are sent back defective he does not honor his warranty.I did an advanced RMA and purchased 4 cameras outright under the agreement that when I switched out these new cameras with the old defective units that I would receive a credit to the invoice for the original purchase price of the cameras. I never received a credit. The business owner [redacted] claims that it is because they are 14 months old but there warranty policy is two years so it is within that range. He offered a credit of $35 per camera but that is not acceptable.
