no charge under these conditions however, I need to remind you that this is not a warranty issue. This is storm damage and as such it is not covered by any warranty. In addition to that, the 5 year workmanship warranty we gave Mr [redacted] does not transfer with the sale of the home. You do have a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer that would transfer however, that warranty also does not cover your ridge caps blowing off in high winds. Just to be clear, we are under no obligation to complete these repairs for you but offered to do so as a kindness to you and your family when we had time and resources to do so. I am truly sorry that storms have upset and delayed our installation plans for your area. You are welcome to find and hire someone else to resolve this issue if you would prefer, or you can wait until one of our crews is available shortly and we will be happy to take care of it. Please let us know the direction you would like us to proceed.Sincerely,[redacted]Duncanson Construction LLC
