I'd give negative stars if I could! Horrible experience. I don't even know where to start< went to give a deposit on a vehicle with the numbers all worked out, then was told I'd have to give another $2,500 down for it work. Got the vehicle with the Tire pressure light on (can't pass inspection like that but was inspected the day before I picked it up). Tired were so bad cost me $248 the next day to balance them, then was told that there were no tire pressure sensors on the wheels. Two weeks later there mechanic had it back and forth for over a week because it needed a new belt, he had it 3 times and I ended up fixing it myself. Two weeks later he had it again for an electrical issue, fixed that but left a horrible exhaust leak. A month later had to pay over $800 out of pocket because the fuel tank almost fell off the truck, Chris said id get compensated, now he won't answer my calls or texts. Not even a week later its back in the shop because the O2 sensors are bad from the horrible exhaust leak. It's only been 3 months of having the vehicle and its spent more than a month in shops.
I hate to even give this business 1 star. I bought a 2008 Ford Expedition in July 2019 from Dave M., who claimed it was well worth the money and was surprised that it was priced so low...$10,499. Was promised that it would be detailed and that all brakes would be replaced, along with changing all fluids and filters. Within 3 months have invested more than $3400 getting the vehicle into the shape I was told it would be delivered in. Found out during the first rain that the rear windshield wiper was broken and draining the battery. The rear window latches also were totally rusted out and almost ready to give out. No detailing, as promised. No mats and other accessories that were in car when test drove weren't in vehicle when delivered. No responses to numerous emails for some type of reimbursement to Christian and Michael Stanz (CEO) and promises to call me back never happened, even when I stated that I preferred to handle this matter privately. All I can say is 'buyer beware' and take a certified mechanic to do a head to toe inspection of prospective vehicle BEFORE and AFTER buying. Their 5 star mechanics don't seem to notice much.
Chris has to be one of the most accommodating salespeople I've ever purchased a vehicle from. I got a great deal on a very clean truck. Would gladly recommend to anyone in the market for a used vehicle.
