Carport purchased January 5, 2016, never delivered Purchase date:1/5/Deposit: $ If I could give ZERO stars, I wouldWaited for months for a carport and never received itI work at night and requested that they call my house phone when they were coming to deliver or to confirm deliveryThey continued to call my cell phone number that the "dealer" put down as a second number, and I do not answer my cell phone while I'm sleepingI had other family members in place to receive calls and answer the door, but they either called my cell or made arrangements and then never showed upI had someone at my home waiting for them on at least three occasions I finally had enough and called to ask why they hadn't shown againHeather said she would ask her boss when he returned from his dental appointment and return my callI'm still waitingThat was a month agoI said enough, and called the "dealer", who is just the middleman, asked for a refund on my deposit and he has refuse

I stopped by their office on Thursday August and placed an order for a 20xportable carportThe sales person was very friendly and knowledgeable, She informed me that they could get the carport installed within weeksSix days later it was installed on my propertyThe installers were nice and very professionalThe quality of the structure is as good or better than others I've had experience with I will be using them for other projects

Worst business everTook days off work and they didn't show either day first day they called the night of and cancelled due to weather the second day they called said they were on there way but never called or showed upThey called two days later saying they were in the area and ready to installCouldn't afford to take anymore days off so I asked for a refund on my deposit; they refused to refund my moneyDon't give these people your hard earned money- they probably did me a favor by slacking off
I will get me a carport but not from these yahoos they are awful poor customer service and the installer ohhhhh wait there wasn't an installer

Run, Run, Run from this company I bought of their carports at one timeThey were advertised at $which is a scam to draw you inAfter they add taxes installation fees, they end up being more expensive than your local sellers price of $installedAlso they do not even brace their carports The installers were preparing to leave and I said you need to put some braces on those carportsHe told me they do not brace them but I could order braces from the company for an additional $per carportI have never bought any kind of metal carport in the past that was not braced by the installers as part of the installation and initial costThe carports are flimsy and will not last through winds or snow without bring braced and the company knows thatI have contacted another company to brace my carportsI have spent way more money on these carports than any of the other local businesses would have charged meAlso, the installation crew showed up without the necessary toolsI had to go to my local Lowes Hardware and buy drill bits and some lag screws at an additional cost of $to meThis was just really poor serviceQuality Outdoor Products is the worst supplier of metal carports that I have ever experienced and I have bought many metal carports in my lifetimeI currently have carports on separate propertiesI should have stayed with my local installer who has been reputable and provided good serviceBut I got sucked in by the advertised "lower price" and the "sale price" from Quality Outdoor ProductsLearn from my mistake and avoid this companyI wish I had read some reviews before I bought from them

Poor customer service lie lie lie! Very inexperienced installers.Quality is very poor for the money you have to pay.And there is a very long wait to get your carport.We ordered on May and they did not show up until June No braces were put on the carport,one screw per sheet of metal roofing no trim on the back.I would not recommend this company unless you want a shoddy job

I was moving and asked for my 40Xbuilding be finished within weeks of purchase It was agreed The installers were over a week late And, they built the wrong building They were apologetic It took them another days to complete the job At which time they hadn't installed my window The installers left trash all over the yard My main issue was the nonchalant attitude from Jerry Holt, the owner Interstingly enough, a week later the roll up door was broken, bad installation I called another company to fix it It was worth another $to not have to deal with Quality outdoor products

BEWARE! I tried to have a carport built by Quality Outdoor Products and am disgusted by their poor service, poor craftsmanship, and poor customer serviceIt's no wonder they have an "F" rating with the Revdex.comAfter paying my deposit in 2016, I had to keep hounding them to come and install the buildingThis took monthsWhen the builders finally showed in 2017, it was apparent that they lacked any construction background I should have refused the building after realizing that they didn't even have a level, but I tried to give them the benefit of the doubtWhen I returned from work, I could clearly see we had some major issuesThe support posts for the roof were out of plumb by 1-inches in feet(using my own 6' level) This is a foot structure, so we're talking about being up to inches out of plumb from ground to eaveSome posts leaned right, some leftUnfortunately, they already had the roof panels screwed into position so at this point, plumbing the posts would mean screw holes in the roofWhen I tried to address the problem, they said that's how they always build themWOW! Anyone with common sense would know that if the posts are spaced a certain distance at the bottom, the posts should maintain that spacing at the topWe called the manager who told me that he'd take care of everything and that the crew would return with additional panels and fix the out-of-plumb legsOkayfineThey did return a few days later but only brought out of the needed roof panelsClose counts right? They put those on and caulked in the holes in the remaining panel which was marginal but I acceptedThey left
First rain- roof leaks through the seams in the panelsI called again for a fix and was advised that they had fired the original crew and that someone else would be out to fix the leaksWell that was about a month ago and no one has showedI call about once a week and am given many excuses as to why they can't get to me, but the fact remainsmy carport sucksI'm going to buy some new metal and fix it myself
I own my own business and wouldn't dream of treating anyone the way I've been treated
DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! There are plenty of other metal building companies out there Sincerely, A.P
