Dun-Rite Bathrub Refinishing

Review: On February 5, 2010 [redacted] from Dun-Rite Bathrub Refinishing resurfaced our bathtub. His work has a written warranty of 10 years. On January 9, 2013 I contacted him because the surface started to peel even though I followed his care instructions carefully. On January 14, 2013 we had an appointment for him to look at the tub and he did not show up. I have tried numerous times since then, four months now, to get in touch with him and either there was no answer at his business number or the recording says the mail box is full. I paid $375 for the service and am very disappointed he has not honored his warranty. Thank you.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $375 I paid for the service. If that is not possible I want the owner to resurface the tub. Thank you.

Review: We had our bathtub refinished on 8/6/12 with a 10 yr.warranty on the finish. Recently we are experinceing peeling of the new finish near the drain.(2 areas roughly 3 square inches each area). I'm afraid this is the start of the peeling process. I would like him to honor his warranty. I tryed to reach the owner several times with now response. I left a message voiceing my concerns also. I'm beyond trying to reach him at this point. I noticed that he received an F rating from Revdex.com ?? Please respond, ThanksDesired Settlement: I would like him to return and refinish the tube at the affected areas.
