The complaint I have towards this business is the quality of the product that was sold to me. On 1/27/20
My husband and I walked in to this store to custom make a piñata for our sons birthday party for 2/1/20 that was done on time and looking at it from the outside it looked perfectly fine. We put in about 5 pounds of candy which is not that many for the size. As soon as it was put in the rope and picked up to be hit by the children it fall apart. My husband and brother tried to put together but once again going up it fell apart. We ended up throwing the candy from the ladder. On Sunday 2/2/20 I spoked with maritza the store manager she told me to send her a picture of the piñata that she was going to do something for us which she never responded to my text. It’s been about 5 days I have been calling the girls that pick up the phone are rude. They don’t care about it which is sad because my son was looking forward to breaking the piñata we spend close to 50 dollars on it. All I want is my money back super poor quality we trusted them to at least do the right thing but they refuse.
