I am rejecting this response because:Recap of events andthe manner in which this rep chose to proceed by attempting to "bully" the customer:7/6/16-It is agreed that we spoke on this day. I was told that there was a standard charge of $225 to replace a piece of siding. I asked for a discounted price because they would be on site for a home warranty issue and we would be supplying the piece of siding. I was told that she would get back to me, after she spoke with the foreman. No authorization was given, I was waiting for a return call. No further call recieved until 7/13/16,- " JOB WAS DONE" phone logs and messages available upon request. This rep reports she called 7/14/16 with a price of$225 and I gave authorization to proceed but the job was done on 7/13/16. The truth is I called this rep on 7/14/16 to confront her that they completed the job before quoting a discounted price and recieving authorization. This rep chuckled in response and stated " the price is $225.This rep reports the job was completed on 7/20/16. I have the voicemail that the job was completed on 7/13/16.9/2/16 I called this rep in attempts of discussing issue again. This rep responded with "I've been doing this for 30yrs and I know the things homeowners do", Raising voice, Stonewalling by refusing to have office manager/foreman/owner return our call to myself or homeowner, laughed, interrupted, denied the initial request for a discount, and told me how things were going to go and hung up the phone.Message recieved that balance due of $225 be paid by check- Balance due means amount owed and that price means tax included- Check sent to prevent any future problems for my son.
