Promised refund of charged mount was never sent.I cancelled my gym membership in writing as required the first week of May indicating not to renew for June. I was advised to give two weeks notice. I gave a month. My checking account was charged the $39.99 june 1st. I sent three emails to request a refund. I finally received an e mail approx June 5th indicating I was charged in error and a refund would be mailed. They requested my address to mail the check. (weird since clearly they had my address on the membership) I emailed them right back with the requested information. I still have not received the refund. emails and phone calls are all ignored. I sent a final email last week advising if I did not receive a refund within the week I would be filing a cimplaint. Cancelled membership in writing at the end of April and told them to stop taking funds out of my account June 1 (30 days required).
