product was fogged into this duct system and it was a mistake in the field. This service was not included on the invoice nor did I ask if the customer wanted sanitizing. I spoke with the owner on the day of the cleaning and apologized several times. I asked if there was anything we could do and I was told the owner would check into it. We were contacted by the husband several days later asking questions about the process and Oxide AD. He did not mention any eye irritations or hotel stay and he did not ask me for a refund. I apologized again for our in field mistake. I wish that the owner had taken the time to speak with me again since I was willing to make restitution. I understand the customer would like a refund and I am willing to do that as it was our mistake. What do I need to do at this point?
