Review: Purchased setting for my finacee last May 2012 between 5/15/12 thru 5/28/12. Gave them a diamond to place in this setting. When I took the ring home and gave it to my financee it was way to small. She took it back and the jewler told her he had transposed the size from a 9 to a 6. he kept it and added 3 sizes to the ring. I should have insisted on anew setting because I did not realize how this would effect the integrity of the ring. recently a prong came loose, the diamond came out and the bakc on the ring is significantly thiner then the front of the ring. My financee took it to another jewler who said that it was not done well. I called the store two weeks ago and told them I would be in. I work third shift. I went in today and had the original box. I asked the jeweler to check records from last year and he said this would take a few days and he cannot do anything without receipt. They told us when we purchased it they stand behind their work. I can go to the bank and get credit card receipt to prove purchase. I want a credit for this on my card. Other people have engagement rings for 10, 20, 30 or 40 years without having any problems. This is not good customer service.My address at the time of the purchase was in [redacted]Desired Settlement: I want a refund on my credit card so I can purchase a new setting elsewhere for my wife.

customer bought the ring and wore it very hard for a year before they wanted to return it. our policy is that you need a receipt if you would like a refund. the ring I was shown yesterday was completely worn out from a year of hard ware. I would have happily refunded their money if they had if they had their receipt.
