They always overcount their feeders to make sure if some die in transport you still get your full order! With everything going on right now they are delayed by a day or so with shipping but always make up for it! Customer service is a tiny bit slow in replying but they do make any complaint right!

I placed an order they took their money and I have yet to receive my order that I placed on ***.

Placed on ***, supposedly shipped ***. I have tracked this and it never left ***. I have reached out to Dubia Roaches and it takes a few days for them to get back. I have also filed a claim with ***. I want my money back. I have never had issues like this with them.

I placed an or on *** and was charged on my credit card the amount of $***. I have not received my order
I placed an order and was charged $*** on my credit card, but have not received the order. I tried to call them no answer. I wrote them an email as well as text and ***, but no response. They simply wrote back saying they never received my order. I responded back with a photo to my credit card charged from them on *** showing I placed an order and was charge. But never heard from them again. I want a refund at this point

Terrible shipping. They advertise 2-3 day delivery and charged me $7.95 for shipping (which is the cost for priority mail). I placed an order for 100 dubias on Monday, May 13th, 2019 and finally received it on May 20th. The container I received was littered with dead roaches and honestly have less than 50 live.

I went to sign on to get info on my order so I can call them and try to resolve this issue. THEY DELETED MY ACCOUNT!

I tried to sign on several times and even recover my password but I got the "invalid email address" box. What the heck?! This online shop actually deleted my account cause they didn't want to deal with me I guess.

There are plenty of other Dubia sellers online so if you plan on ordering dubias, I'd look elsewhere.

I bought roaches from them and they showed up all dead and now I can't get a response from them.
I purchased roaches from the Sunday *** showed up all dead Saturday ***. Was told on Monday *** they would ship me new ones. I've called emailed and messaged thru *** and they still haven't replied as of Wednesday ***.

I've never had a bad experience with dubiaroaches.com. I love the quality and quantity I receive and will continue to buy from them!!
