I bought a car from *** May 16th 2020 for $2,000 and traded hell my mustang for once I bought the car he didn't give me no title he told me that I'll have my title in a week once the week and I called him back for the title he still never have my title here I am 3 months later still trying to get in touch with him talk to him three times and he still doesn't have a title for me the day I bought the car from him my car started overheating he wouldn't fix the car from you so I had to pay to get the car fixed then the month after that my engine blew out on me completely he won't help me get the car fixed he won't give me the title or anyting

we do have her title. She didn't want to sign a Power of Attorney to get her name on the front of the title. She's got it on the back. She traded in the Mustang but we never got the title to the Mustang. Its still sitting at the side of the building. I never fixed the car. The car was still running.
We need her to sign the Power of Attorney and that she signed too many papers already. She messed up the car and wants her money back. It was running perfectly fine when we sold it to her.
