We contracted with this company to transport a consignment of merchandise from China to the U.S. This contract included insurance coverage for damages in transport/handling. We had some minor damages (less than $1000) for which we needed to submit a claim. Despite filling out paperwork twice, and the company agreeing to and settling the claim, we were never sent a check. Despite multiple inquiries and being informed that the matter was being taken care of, no claim was ever paid and now correspondence is ignored.

It's clear that the company understands that the amount of the claim is not worth our retaining legal representation to collect, so they've simply decided to ignore their contractual obligation. We strongly discourage others from doing business with this dishonest organization.
