DSLR Workshops by Okello Dunkley

Review: I took a class by Okello Dunkley in Pittsburgh, Pa on August 17, 2013. It was a DSLR photography class. At the class, I purchased additional online content. I was supposed to receive a code to access the content. After it was not received in a timely manner, I arranged a refund, which he agreed to in a written email response on September 3, 2013: "Codes ive been told will go out tomorrow. Web guys implemented a new redemption system to incorporate all videos since it is now pay per view. Ill be happy to process a refund. Not trying to rip anyone off here. I do pretty well. Just let me know and ill take your name off and process it. Any other questions email me. I don't check the FB messages since people post on the page. My wife happened to be using this computer."However, he has not addressed the issue since or arranged my refund. I am filing this complaint because I've attempted to contact him through multiple emails sent to his facebook and business accounts, telephone calls to the business number he has listed, negative social media reviews and posts on his facebook wall.
