Review: I signed a contract for my newly formed company ([redacted]) with the CEO of DS-Websigns ([redacted]). The contract was written under false information, [redacted] lacked the knowledge and expertise to complete the project. she had hired a student whose schedule was not reliable to work on the project. The project was not delivered as promised on time. [redacted] was not knowledgeable on the requirements of the projected. There were many instances when she provided false information: 1) she could implement a shipping module that later she could not deliver. 2) she knew the project required a market place but her platform did not have the right shopping cart nor did she have any knowledge of what was required. 3) we would discuss the requirement and most items would not be updated. 4) Out right lied about attorneys and legal actions. 5) told me she had send me a legal notice. 6) wasted my time with useless delays. I have all the above documented in emails. She dropped the project in the middle costing me in terms of time (delay) and money. I would like to request a refund of my deposit. I invested a lot of time and effort but have nothing to show for my time. Please help as [redacted] based on the emails was never capable of taking on this project.

Full refund of the deposit $212.50 (have the invoice of payment) and in an ideal situation - the handover of the work in progress in addition to the refund of the deposit.
