I paid [redacted] from D&S Upholstery $1500.00 on August 10, 2013 to build and install skirting on my RV trailer. The work was to be done by September long weekend.when this did not happen I called [redacted] many times over the month of September and to October 25th and received many excuses of why it was not done and more promises that it would be done. At this time cold weather was approaching and I had to skirt in the RV with bubble wrap insulation as I am still currently living in it. At that time I asked for my money back and again began receiving excuses and promises that the money would be repaid.
