If you're looking for a solar company, save yourself some time and include DS Energy Solutions in your searchI must point out several issues that impressed me and not just the rate, (which was very nice) but simply the areas we discussed to be factualSearched companies and was ready to close a deal with a local Solar company, and fortunately that did not work out and ended up for the best on my partSearched again and called DS Energy Solutions for an interview, and really glad I didThe owner of the company, ( Scott M***, along with his Manager, Eli E***) came to my house to discuss their solar programsI was impressed and both were very nice and sincereThey did not tell me everything I wanted to hear, just factsI was then invited to see their office/operation and was very impressed and everything was very organizedThe plant tour was impressive and I was soldBought a fairly large solar system to accommodate my two air conditioners, and looking forward to completely eliminate the SCE expensive monthly billsI need to continue and discuss the actual construction of the solar systemThe job went very smoothly and the electrical lines were placed inside my attic, which was very difficult to get from one end of the roof to the other side of the house to meet with the major electrical panelThey took care of everything, including communicating with SCE, set up appointment to attach a sleeve, ( yes, they even paid for that) for the solar system and several other issues that comes along regarding installationI will also mention that each time I had a question, I was immediately given a responseSeveral times I emailed the General Manage, ( Eli E***) on Weekends, Yes even Sunday, and did not expect a response until MondayOverall I was very impressed and even when the Town inspector came over to check for final review, approval, and stated that they did a great job, and was very pleased!
What else can I say? I can almost guarantee you that if you call them, they will give you a great price and yes, probably the best price for what you seek*** G

Company could not provide the specified solar panels for a written contract.
The company could not provide the specified solar panels for a complete solar system install, specified in a written contract dated October 4, 2013. The panels specified in the contract were to be: ET Solar 260 watt panels.

Upon signature of the contract, the homeowner provided a deposit of $1,000, of which only $328.40 was returned.

The sales rep, Ms. [redacted] also signed on the agreement on the date of question.

The deposit money of $1,000 was paid by check and cashed.
