DS Disposal

I contacted DS Disposal bc my father has recently passed away and my mother is now trying to move out of their home and she needed a dumpster. I called at least 10 business's in order to check pricing and DS Disposal said they would be willing to drop off a dumpster at my mom's house and we could have it for 10 days. The lady who answers the phone and is apparently the only one who ever answers the phones name is [redacted]. She is very rude. I called September 4th 2013 requesting the appointment be made and she said she was very busy and would call me back, she never called me back that whole day. So the next day being September 5th 2013 I call again and asked if I could make that appointment since she never returned my call. She started yelling at me stating she's the only one that answers the phone and she remembers me and then she hung up on me. I called her back and asked if she just hung up on me and she said yes, then started going on another rant about she don't have time and she could care less what I need and she called me a [redacted]. At that time I advised her I'd like to speak to a manager and she said "There isn't one" So I said if she'd continue speaking to me like this I was contacting the Revdex.com and she said she did not care and hung up on me again. This is so disappointing people have to deal with unprofessional people like this when all there trying to do is moved a loved one whom is old and can't do it alone. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I hope someone can contact them on my behave to do something about this so nobody else has to deal with this inappropriate, un-educated "[redacted]" again. I feel sorry for whomever has to work with her.
