DS Diesall special ordered the tires for the customer, and mounted them in July 2016. DS Diesall next heard from her in January of 2017. That was the first we knew of her complaints. Based on communications we received from the distributor, we speculate that she was dissatisfied and complained to the distributor, or to the manufacturer. She did not notify DS Diesall. By the time the tires were returned to us, off the rims, too much time had lapsed and too many variables could have occured for us to fairly evaluate her claim, We tried to assess her claims but there were significant difficulties caused by her delay in contacting us, She was not pleased that it took time to assess and process her claims, She was significantly unpleasant to me and to my staff,After all that, she's now being abusive to me for $34.00Thank you Dan S
