I spoke with you earlier in regards to Dry Pros in Meridian, Idaho.  Attached is a document breaking down their costs and the work they claim they performed.  As you can see, they charged $297.07 for installing "high-grade" carpet, two coats of paint, ect.  This work was not completed as they have claimed.  We are requesting that they refund at least half of the bill for the incomplete work.  As I stated to you, the floor still just has padding and is not complete, nor has it been painted with 2 coats of paint, etc. as they are claiming.  Please post this to their response.   Please let me know what I need to do further to remedy this situation.   Thanks for your help,   [redacted]

merely explained that due to the water damage occurrence there was a thermohygrometer reading of over 119 grains per pound which placed saturated materials at a high risk for microbial and biological growth.
Letting the homeowner know to open a claim is due the cost and process of the water damage restoration services, as going with insurance is easier for them to common speculate on the damage and the restoration required for properly mitigation and pay for the services.
As for your insurance billing, this is something that you must speak to your insurance company directly as we are merely the restoration company.
Now as for stating the project was simple is hard for our company to understand as each project is different and requires a different set of specialized equipment and skills.
Lastly our company cleaning work performed was above standards, as our company remembers this project in depth, we understand that we used a specialized buffer for the flooring within the downstairs basement areas.
Addressing the word used "scam" our company didn't do or perform a dishonest service, our company was hired to mitigate your water which was performed and photo documented, our company was hired to perform your rebuild construction which was performed and photo documented.
