Dry Cleaning Home Express

We have used this service for a few months, and have experienced consistent issues. The dry cleaning services to be good, but the laundry service is NOT good. Several high-end brand knit shirts were laundered by this service. Each time they were laundered (2-3 times each) the shirts shrunk and were faded from the previous laundering. In addition, several times items came back with a note that a "spot could not be removed".

We are professionals and have had our cleaning done every week for the past 30+ years. We don't get very many "spots" on our clothes, so we started getting suspicious. Most recently a very expensive garment came back with about a dozen "spots" FRONT AND BACK - and the garment had no "spots" when we gave it to them.


This was the last straw.
