Dry Cleaning Depot

I have utilized the Dry Cleaning Depot located at [redacted] E [redacted] in [redacted] for years This last particular time I brought in a black and white skirt to be cleaned and it was ruined The inside was brownish color and the white part in several areas was now beige The woman was helpful and said they would try again and I could come backWhen I returned the manager, [redacted] came over and found the item and when I explained he began telling me that they would not be in business if they messed up clothes and that they don't put stains on clothes The woman who works there came over and explained that it must have bled or something since she initially took care of me He said he is not in the business of paying for people's clothes The skirt was worn once and it was clearly something that they did to mess it up The manager, however, was rude, defensive from the start and I left with a ruined skirt with no resolution
