Review: I took dry cleaning to this location and when I picked up my cleaning one of the arms on one of my shirts was almost completely ripped off. The clerk basically tried to say that I brought the shirt in like that and when I pointed out to her that they had cleaned the shirt and it even had the tag on it that they placed on it, she basically said there was nothing to be done. I asked if they would at least refund the cost of the cleaning for the shirt or pay to replace it and she indicated that there was nothing to be done. She did not speak good english and simply said there was nothing she could do.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for them to acknowledge that their poor service resulted in my shirt being ripped and a $35 check to cover the cost of replacing the shirt.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do not wish to venture to the establishment, however, so his offer of $17.50 can be mailed to my address on record.

Also for the record, I would challenge the manager in that I know my shirt was not ripped in half when I dropped it off. I think its a travesty for him to accuse me of not knowing what condition the shirt was in when I brought it there. They obviously cleaned it prior to the damage (the cleaners' tag was already looped through one of the button eye-holes and the shirt was cleaned) because I'm sure they wouldn't have pressed a ripped shirt.
