They overcharge for hours worked and even charge for NOT showing up. You have to keep records and match them against their billing, then fight for adjustments. Most of
what they promise in their rate they will not do except at additional cost. Pre-emergence
did not work and they had to redo several times. I lost 75% of plants they planted do to "improper" planting (holes too small, not deep enough, not enough soil etc). No refund for plants, planting, additional irrigation, removal of dead plants or capping irrigation

We have been using Dru West Landscaping for over 2years. The rental I have in Cobblestone was previously owned by an elderly lady and she couldn't keep up with the maintenance. Dru West was able to transform the backyard completely and we continued service every month.
I have had other landscapers in Maricopa take my money and never show up. More than once.
Dru West is great. His prices are fair. His crew is efficient and he keeps to his word. He is great at what he does and I would highly recommend him for anyone. [redacted]
