DRS Computer Services

On a Fri afternoon,Feb 07, 2020, I brought my damaged laptop into DRS Computer service store, and was advised by Mansoor K the total cost for repair would be $487.13 and needed to be paid in full before service repair. He stated it would take a week for parts to arrive, before he could begin work. I then paid $487.13 in total on my credit card. On Feb 10, (one business day later) Mansoor contacted me to say He needed another part for an additional $65. I was very suspicious of this as he had previously stated the original parts I paid for wouldn't be in for a week. I became even more suspicious when I questioned him further regarding his guarantee for repairs as his answers were very vague and condescending. I told him that same day, Feb 10, Which was one business day after paying in full, that I wanted to cancel my order and pick up my computer. He advised me he would not give me a credit for the ordered parts, which was $325. Even tho it had only been one business day since he ordered them and he said it would take a week to get them. He has only agreed to refund me $92.01 of
my original $487.13, even though he had ample time to cancel parts order and no work was done on my computer, other than diagnostic which is $40 and I am willing to pay.
