Dropcar’s original business model involved providing valet service for your car. They would bring it to you anywhere in Manhattan. Due to business conditions (and company solvency), they moved to a parking structure model, giving people the choice to move to a structure. I emailed to cancel service and they continued to autobill me the $379 monthly fee. I emailed them repeatedly for two weeks straight in order to cancel service and get my money back (now that my car is in my possession and I found a new parking garage).
They have not responded to any of my emails for over two weeks.

The company refunded me for the half month of parking that I didn’t use.Sincerely
Endless delays, no attempt to fix problems, in fact zero response to emails or texts whatsoever. They no longer even have a customer service phone number and have completely eliminated valet service. Prediction: the company is on the verge of buckling completely. Stay away.

We are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced with us last August (2018) when we were going through a major business transition with our services. Please note that we still offer valet services, with the only difference being that previously these services were bundled into all monthly parking subscriptions whereas now they are available a la carte. This way we can offer our most budget-conscious customers with a way to save even more on their parking.
