We corrected the problem at hand This 2nd issue she is having has nothing to do with the 1st issueWhen my crew came out to fix the problem, they did and the AC unit ran for at least weeksThe 2nd problem they are having is a fan motor malfunctionThe 1st issue customer had was a bad
capacitor, as well as a bad contactorWe also did a coil clean job as wellAfter repairs was made we did not hear back from customer until nowI'm sorry but we do not work for freeThis client expects that once repair work is done on one part of a unit then then everything else that happens to this unit is under warranty, and that is not how this works in this business or any other businessLast but not least the unit for her house is way too small to cool the homeThis unit is a 1/ton unit ands her house is over sqftAsk any other HVAC contractor to look at this issue and they will agree

The reply from Poweron Electrical is not true. Yes he did come out to work on my AC which sized correctly for my house on the 6/21 and charged me $480.00. My AC ran for about 30 days 7/31 before it stopped working.  Poweron Electrical ([redacted]) came to my home and said to my daughter "who ever worked on your AC put to much freon in it". My daughter told Poweron Electrical ([redacted]) "you worked on it last". Poweron Electrical has yet to fix any of the problem that my AC has nor has he returned my $480.00 to me. [redacted] Warranty said that they have not paid Poweron Electrical because he has failed to send them any receipts and is no longer has a  contract with them. I just want Poweron electrical ([redacted]) to own up what he did was wrong. And to return the $480.00 back to me.
