Worst customer service ever, completely BS artist. Lied to me repeatedly through the process. Then told me if I refused the deliver, my credit card on file would be charged for the fee to ship it back, so I accepted it, and still had to pay to return it! When I called them on the face that they told me not to refuse it or I would have to be charged, they completely tried to back track and say we only said you may be charged... I have the emails. That's clearly not what they said and implied. So I ended up having to buy 2 orders of the same thing as a Christmas gift, the 2nd because they told me the 1st one already shipped and wouldn't arrive before Christmas, but when I checked the shipping info on Fedex, they picked them up at the exact same time. The 2nd order never arrived, and they say they are investigating and basically and told me I have to wait at least 7 days before the determine if I get a refund, and the 1st order that arrived late, I'm having to pay to return, then I'm told it'll be 2 weeks before I receive a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE LIE AND BS YOU. PLEASE, BE SMART, SHOP ELSEWHERE!

Review: I purchased shoes for my son for $144.94. The shoes came in a damaged box and did not fit properly. I paid $10.95 to ship them back expecting a full refund. I was only refunded $135.99 which is $8.59 less than what I paid. I reached out to Dr.Jay's and they told me I had to eat the expense. I am understanding why I have to pay $19.18 for shoes that have been returned which will be sold to someone else and they will be charged the same fees. Is this a scam?Desired Settlement: I want the $8.95 refund back to my card. I should not have to be out $19.18 for shoes my son is not wearing and were returned not damaged within a matter of days.

Response:

Thank you for your message. The $8.95 you are referring to is not for the shoes, it is actually for the shipment of the shoes. It is a shipping fee paid to the courier (in this case FedEx SmartPost) for their delivery service. Since that service was completed we are not able to refund you for that amount. I apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused. The refunded amount of $135.99 was for the item only. If you have any other questions please let us know.

Review: DrJays.com7720 Kenamar Court Suite CSan Diego, CA 92121-242888-437-5297I ordered several shoes from Drjays.com this year and in 2010. I had to give away almost all of the shoes in 2010 to charity due to the shoes hurting my feet. The same issue has occurred the shoes are causing my feet to swell, be red and get corns. I do not have the finances at this time to purchase any more shoes. I tried to first handle the situation with the company.I want a full refund for my purchases in 2010 and 2013.Desired Settlement: DrJays.com7720 Kenamar Court Suite CSan Diego, CA 92121-242888-437-5297I ordered several shoes from Drjays.com this year and in 2010. Review: I placed an order for a jacket on May 12, 2014. Upon checking the status of delivery, It showed that the package was delivered on 05/14/2014 at 2:34pm. It was not delivered because no one was home during that time. Upon calling DrrJays.com I was told to check with a neighbor or the management office. Management office is far away and does not accept packages for residents. I don't know the neighbors. I was not home because I am training in VA, and my Mom was at work. No notice was left by the Post Office and only one attempt was made by them. Upon talking to the Mail Carrier he stated he couldn't remember, and asked if I lived on apartment 101 before I even told him any information. I suspect he delivered it to the wrong apartment and nobody is owning up to it. I would like my money refunded to my credit card and not a store credit which they have offered.Desired Settlement: I would like DrJays to refund my money and not issue me a store credit.

Dear Revdex.com,

Thank you for contacting DRJAYS.COM! On 05/20/14 The customer's mother contacted us to inform us that they did not receive their package when the tracking information was updated to delivered. We filed a claim with the shipper that ended on 05/30 which the USPS has confirmed the package as delivered. We reached out to the customer via E-mail on 05/30/14 as promised and offered a replacement order so that the customer can receive the same item that the claim to have not received. We did not receive a response from the customer nor his mother until 06/12/14. On that date, The mother called us refusing the store credit and replacement order that we offered. Moving forward, although the shipper has confirmed this package as delivered, we are still willing to assist the customer with a replacement order so they can receive the item they claim to have not received and if they are no longer interested in receiving the replacement order, we will gladly provide them with a store credit for the amount of $77.94, the full amount they paid for the package. We look forward to resolving this issue. Thank you for reaching out to us! Have a nice day!
