After choosing a training option for my teenage son, specifically DrivingMBA’s Defensive Driver Training Package with 6 hours of on-road instruction, I was encouraged by their enrollment officer, Keely, to have my son undergo an initial 2-hour on-road driving assessment for $200, with that money, and the 2-hours, then applied to the training package ($870 - $200 = $670). After my son completed the assessment, the merchant refused to apply the $200 already paid to the cost of the training package chosen, as was agreed upon. Unfortunately, this commitment was made verbally over the phone, with nothing placed in writing. It would appear that I was defrauded by this merchant.
