Driveways by H&M

The driveway was done a little over a month ago and within two weeks its crumbling.My landlord and myself have tried several attempts to get Henry *** back here to fix the driveway and every time he says he's coming he never shows upSuppostedly the driveway is insured for two years and we have proof of insurance but Henry has just lied to us every time and the driveway is getting worse everdayplease we are requesting help in this matter as soon as possible please beacause as soon as we have to put rock salt daown and shovel because of the snow we feel like the whole asphalt will dissapear*** ***r was paid in fullAnd also we feel there was avertising because the equipment that he told my landlord he had,he did not haveplease help
