out a product that we did not have in stock???? So there for I gave him full refundYet he decited to file a complaint anywayGo figure???

Hi ***, It was nice speaking with you the other dayAnd as I mentioned we are a very busy Manufacturer we get thousands of Custom order in per week and we Ship out to All States Including Hawaii and Canadanot to mention we supply Plumbing supply Chain's Store. However, We
do try to satisfy each customer equally. If you remember ***, On our website it states that when you order a Unbreakable Custom washing machine pan to please allow up to 3-days to be shipped to you and if it is a "Custom Combination Washer pan (such as the one you ordered) to Also allow up to a additional more days to receive your order. That is due to the fact that we customize to size, Each customers special measurements and preferences to fit there laundry room space/closet or "Washing machine area" We are sorry that we could not meet your time frame that you need "Your" Custom pan in and deliveredWe try and do the Best job we can ***. Review: I have a product that failed. I contacted driptite and was promised a replacement in November 2015. After several texts with [redacted], emails and phone calls [redacted] has now decided that the pan was installed wrong. ??????? Not sure how you can lay a tray on the floor wrong? My last contact with [redacted] was last Friday when he called me and started cursing. At this point all I want is a refund since I think the product is flawed.Desired Settlement: Refund of original cost with shipping

I understand there was a back order until after 09/15 however, I have still not recvd my product. I have tried to contact them twice with no return call/email.

The Customer new the product was on back order as it was posted online when he ordered the product ....... yet he ordered it anyway , then demand that we ship him out a product that we did not have in stock???? So there for I gave him full refund. Yet he decited to file a complaint anyway. Go figure???
Review: I ordered a custom combo washing machine pan 1/22/14. because of the custom measurement this meant it would be shipped 2/10/14. I have not received my merchandise or an explanation for the delay. After searching online, it is apparent this is an ongoing complaint from many.Desired Settlement: Since this is a longstanding complaint from quite a few individuals, I would like a refund of my payment.

Review: The product was ordered and billed 2 months ago and nothing was ever delivered. Attempts were made to contact the seller and no responses were received.Desired Settlement: Please refund my credit card for the total amount of $82.00 which was charged on September 27 2013.
