Dr.Gonzo's Uncommon Condiments

I placed an online order with Dr. Gonzo's Uncommon Condiments on June 6, 2013, totaling $29.80 (invoice #66), to be shipped to my father's address in [redacted]. I received an order confirmation from [redacted] the same day to say the order had been received. Unfortunately the order never arrived, and so I contacted [redacted] at [redacted]@drgonzoscondiments.com to ask about delivery confirmation but I have never received any response. I also contacted the store through Facebook (both private message and on their public wall, but they still refuse to respond to my query. Ordered product through their web site on 6/30/13. Never received product. Emailed on 8/6/13 looking for update, never heard anything. I placed order on 11/13/13 totaling $51.56, did not receive product or refund. Transaction #XXXXXXXXXX. [redacted] Order totaling [redacted] placed on [redacted] was not received. I emailed on [redacted] requesting status. They charged my Discover credit card and I never received the product and never received a refund. I have called the company many times since then and their website is no longer available. I have seen similar complaints online and hope the Revdex.com can help resolve this issue. NOTE: I had placed an order with this company when they were located at [redacted] Street, [redacted] XXXXX and received the order prior to the company moving to their new location at [redacted].
