Every experience from customer service (Brett) to the install was outstandingMy questions about what I was looking for were answered and I was able to set up next day service over the phoneThe instructions about what I needed to do on my part (permits, payments, etc.) were easy to followThe crew contacted me and arrived promptly and on timeThe plumbers (Rich and Lee) were courteous and efficientThe job was finished quickly and all my questions were answeredI would recommend DRF and will definitely use them again if needed

Though enough time hasn't elapsed to comment on the product, I am more than happy with the installation of the new water heater by Rich and Jake from DRF Trusted Property Solutions From the explanation of the paperwork, warranty, installation, and upkeep, Rich made sure I understood every step of the process They were quick, efficient, and courteous throughout the time they were in my home From beginning (calling to have a water heater installed) to end when they left the box from the new water heater intact for my grandchildren, I would recommend their services to anyone in need of a water heater The only glitch was the check I wrote for payment, for some reason or other, couldn't be processed so DRF called within an hour of the installation to get a credit card number along with a promise to returned the check - which was promptly received

Tom Rdid a great job on my new water heater HE went over every thing on itHe also fixed a problem that the others that did not even show meThey worked clean and neatI would use drf any time and would ask for TomAlex was his helper he did a great job and was very carefull not to hit any thing when he took stuff up and down the stairs Thank you for a great job *** **

I appreciated the professional and quick work that Antian and Tom J did in installing our water heater We were without hot water for days because a competitor could not address us timely and spent most of their time trying to sell us something we did not call them for In less than hours from contacting DRF through *** *** we had hot water again

On a Sunday in late August, we found our water heater leaking and in need of replacement Went with my husband to the nearest Home Depot and purchased one with same day install DRF Trusted Property Solutions came later in the afternoon, removed are old unit and installed the new water heater in no time Both Rich and Jake were so informative and friendly I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family Thank you again for coming off hours!
