Review: my wife ordered a dress from dresssale.com, Dresssale called us to confirm the measurements and it arrived on November **, 2014. When she tried the dress on it was about a foot longer than the measurements she provided dresssale.com. The back of the dress was also very wide. The dress was also very wide on the hips.
To make a long story short , my wife couldn't wear the dress and we had to go buy another one in order to go to my company's holiday party.
We contacted dresssale's customer service. Their response was that they do not sell dresses with the measurements provided by the customers, and that if they did the price would be higher than paid. They were insinuating that the people that made the dress were poor and not well paid and that we should understand their dilemma.
They offered a 10% discount on future purchases. I declined.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and want to return the dress at their expenses.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Dresssale.com regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
I want to make sure that my complaint gets logged with the Revdex.com so other consumers don't have to go through what I'm going through with Dresssale.com. Dresssale.com did contact me and their response was at first to offer a 15% discount and they would pay for the dress alterations. However, at this point it doesn't make sense to go through the hassle of fixing a dress that should have not had a problem to begin with. So, I contacted my credit card company, I filled a dispute with them and they credited my account temporary until they investigate. my resolution at this point is to return the dress. Dresssale.com provided me with a return address and I'll be shipping the dress on Monday January [redacted]. Another note I would like to add to this complaint. I read from other people that bought dresses from Dresssale.com that the nightmare of dealing with Dresssale.com doesn't end even when the dress is returned because they contest that they never receive the return item. I'll have copies of the tracking number and receipt for the shipped item.This is the reason I decided to choose the option that my complaint is not resolved. This complaint will only be resolved when they write me that they received the dress. Also, they are not very business savvy or have basic knowledge in costumer service, because they called my wife pretty much everyday at 5:30 AM for the past 3 days. Their email responses from the complaint so far have poor business and grammatical meaning.

Review: I have been asking customer service for a refund but they insist that I keep the drees that looks nothing like what I thought I purchased.Desired Settlement: I payed USD $219.51 off my credit card.
Review: I purchased a dress online and it is not the same as the photo. It has seams and bones in the front of the dress. I do not want the dress and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: full credit back to my credit card
