3/30/20 online purchase in the amount of $43.10, which was immediately charged to my credit card. 4/28/20 I emailed them asking where’s my order? No answer from them. 5/3/20 I emailed them again asking where’s my order? 5/12/20 they emailed back: *** 6/4/20 I emailed them to either send my order or refund the $43.10 to my credit card. 6/9/20 they emailed back: *** It’s is now 7/1/20 and still have not received my order or refund.

I placed an online order with DressStars.com I ordered a total of 6 items. it had been over three weeks and I still had not received my order. I continued to send them emails asking what happened with my order. Everytime I contacted them they would send me a computer generated email that had nothing to do with my situation. I tried finding where the business was so that I could call them directly and the closest I got was a name: *** and the address that you guys have listed. I emailed them again and told them if I did not receive my order or my money I would contact an attorney, on 5/12/2020 I received this email: ***
then I tried logging on to the website and now it is gone.
