This company is the most unprofessional, disorganized business I have ever dealt withWe pre booked a car for *** for 1:am because we were flying in from TorontoOur plane was delayed for about an hour so I called the local number around 11:pm to let them know we were delayed, but nobody answered, so I called the 1-numberAfter being transferred several times I finally reached someone who assured me there would be someone there, but they had to cancel the original reservation and issue a new reservation numberThis didn't make sense to me but she said that's how they do itWhen we finally arrived in Moncton at about 2:am, the place was closed downI called the 1-number again only to be told there was really nothing they could do, and that we could go to a hotel overnight and to save our receiptWe did that, and because there was a baseball tournament in town the only room available was a suite which was almost $The next morning we returned to get our carAfter explaining the situation to the lady on duty she asked for out hotel receipt and advised us that they do cover hotel costs in cases like that, but that we had to wait for the manager to authorize it, and that we would get a call by noon Monday (this was Saturday)Monday came and went, finally on Wednesday I sent an email to the managerShe did call me back only to tell me that was not something they did, and that we were considered "no shows" for our reservation because we weren't there by the time they closedI advised her that I did call (luckily I saved all the call history on my phone) but she still insisted that they do not wait for delayed flights past 2:am, regardless of what the people at their 1-number saidI also told her that I wasn't flying the plane so I really had no control over delaysShe was very rude and said that the there is usually a communication breakdown between the local office and the 1-number people and that there was nothing she could, or was willing to do other than offer us a $gift certificate that had to be used within a year on our next rentalWhen we returned the car a different lady was on duty with certificate in hand for usWe old her that she could keep it because we would never rent from this company againIt cost us almost $in hotel bills and most of the first day of our vacation, we were left abandoned in the middle of the night in a place where there is no place to go, and to top it off the manager was exceptionally rude about the whole messStay clear of this company, it will save you a lot of grief
