Scheduled my Toyota Prius online for an oil/filter change Brought the car in minutes prior to my 7am appointment time Told the young fellow who greeted me that I was just in for an oil/filter change He directed me to the service consultant who had helped me several times in the past We sat down and exchanged some pleasantries and I said I was here for an oil/filter change only He said ok Printed the paperwork and I signed it He said it would be about an hour plus I said I would wait Noted only on the paperwork that the charge was $ When I got home I looked at the paperwork and noted it was a "Green Service" Looked on-line and realized I received a multi-point checkup, not a simple oil and filter change Called the service manager and stated the above facts and he said that they assume the customer wants the multi-point check and not just an oil/filter change At no time did my service consultant mention that he was up-grading my service ($)

I toke my car to Findlay Toyota because I have maintenance required light on, long story short, they charged me over $for labor work, and over $for parts, what a ripof!
