[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The information that was given as a response for the email previously sent in by myself has been misleading by Dream HomeUpon meeting with the Vice president of the company, it was determined that the windows that were supplied to me were of jobs that has issues with the low E gas leaking from the windowsI had chosen these windows because of the triple pain glass and the cost it would have saved me after having them installedWhen I spoke with the Vice president he did try and mention that the cost of energy had gone upThis of course wah the excuse I knew he was going to use so I had the [redacted] bill ready to show himThe using being exactly the same and in one month even less then the year beforeI can understand if the electricity that was used was reflected because of the energy bill going upHe could not explain what the bill would have gone up dramatically as it hadIt was almost 20% more then the year beforeThe main reason I had purchased these windows was because my previous windows were wood and they were basically as if I had nothing keeping in energyOne thing That The vice president failed to mention was that I even purchased the insulation for the attic, thinking this would help with the electric billsThis did not help any! [redacted] the Vice President offered to add more insulation for a free charge but even after that was done it has not helped [redacted] did offer to replace any of the sashes for the windows, But not for freeHe told me I could purchase them for $eachThis would be $per sash on each windowAt the present time I believe I currently need new Window sashesNow that fact that I was of people who received a product that was less then atiquite because of the fact that his company knew that product was going to have to be replaced, I feel as though I should be reimbursed for the windows after the time I have put into thisThe product was faulty the attic insulation that I have added nothing to help except another bill that I am still paying onI would also like to mention that I had even sold my neighbors on Dream Home, when I first purchased themI have even noticed that they had window sashes that have to be replacedThis is not good /fair businessWho has tile to continually call and work out a schedule to get these fixedWhen I mentioned to them that warranty was now void they were mortifiedThis was also one of the main reasons they purchased this product At this point I would like to be doe with Dream home and just get back my investment that I had put into my home thing that I could save money by going with a company I though I could trust Regards, [redacted] ***
We have addressed this issue and had the opportunity to meet with the customerHis issue was one of a miscommunication on our end with the correct manufacturer We have taken care of the service and the homeowner has told us he will request to have the complaint removes from the Revdex.com
