Review: 9-**-13 Purchased an $1100 Ashley Black Sectional - advertised as Leather.10-2013 Small black particles where showing up on the skin of my 3 year old twins.11-2013 Small black particles where everywhere12-2013 The source of the particles was discovered to be the sectional12-2013 By phone the company was contacted - the message was to be delivered to management [redacted].1-2014 The particles were on the children's neck, legs, clothes, in the air on the floor2-2014 There was an a frequency in [redacted] attacks for my toddlers, and more particles.2-2014 emails to the company from my partner - [redacted] commenced 3-2014 [redacted] finally answered the phone and advised the sectional was under warranty and we need to send pictures and serial numbers from the soft3-2014 information sent via email4-2014 no response via email5-2014 my partner got through to [redacted] via phone who scheduled to come to inspect the sofas from 11-3pm on 5-*-14.5-*-14 the company didn't show up, didn't call, didn't email.5-*-14 Emailed [redacted] at [redacted] and urged them to pick up the sofa and issue me a full credit to purchase something else as the particles are causing my children breathing difficulties.5-*-14 submitting my request for help to your organization.I have two LBW (low birth weight) babies born premature at 1 pound and 2 pounds, one which has a [redacted] and [redacted] and both suffer from occasional [redacted], which has doubled since these particles are in the air; our requests for assistance are going without attendance and we seek your help to have this matter resolved.Thank you in advance for your assistanceDesired Settlement: We urge the furniture company receive the soft for a full store credit and allow us to select a different model to replace it with.
